Proposal
Introduce a new shed to replace the shed being removed in relation to the consented works for the new studio building under application 17/01498/F. The proposed shed will be a wooden clad structure (using reclaimed timber from the old shed) of 3m x 2.1m x 2.5m. It will have a corrugated roof and on the west side, it will have a green living wall made up from plants from the garden, designed to be as discreet as possible.
