Description of Works
The replacement of a timber lintel with steel beam on ten no. Bungalows. The timber lintel is located on the external wall and has deflected. The opening spans circa 4. The bungalows are built from a concrete material known as "no fines" and are circa 200mm in depth, and is of solid wall construction with a timber roof. There are internal structural walls. The roof is to be propped using acrow prop and a temporary works design has been completed for the propping. A S Eng design has been completed for the steel beam.
