If the decay has largely increased since the last inspection we would like to reduce the tree approximately 2-3m below the previous pollard points, to reduce the forces on the main stem. T2 Cherry - Reduce back to previous points. -Thin 10%. This cherry is now in very close proximity to the overhead powerlines and fibre optic cables.
