Replacement of hot and cold water pipework in the main house and replacement and relocation of the boiler (from the outside toilet shelter - east end of the main building - to the workshop area (mid-part of the west wall of the main house), including new gas access route. The only visible change outside the building will be a visible flue emerging from the west wall, ground floor. The flue is black and is 60 mm in diameter.
