The project will be split into at least three phases with the first phase aimed at addressing the majority of the fabric issues raised by the recent Quinquennial Inspection. As such, Phase 1 is mostly external works focussing on storm water drainage, re-pointing, installation of a new fire door to the vestry, replacement of internal fire doors, new external security doors to the porch, installation of external access ramp, installation of thermal insulation to the roof space and boarding of roof space to enable storage. Phase 2 focuses on the replacement of the decayed suspended timber floor with a breathable and insulated limecrete floor, the removal of the Victorian side galleries and the replacement of the heating, lighting, power and AV systems. The final phase, Phase 3, involves the repair and refurbishment of the Georgian rear balcony with new pews and other minor internal works. No Objections 25/01/2019
