| Proposal The property has been recently purchased at auction and the new owner is looking to make overall improvements to the property whilst retaining it as an HMO, the proposals comprise:
-Replacing sanitaryware throughout.
-Enlarge/Reorder all en-suites by removing non-historic non-load bearing walls, finishes and fittings and Fixing new non-load bearing timber studwork walls, finishes and fittings.
