The property has been recently purchased at auction and the new owner is looking to make overall improvements to the property whilst retaining it as an HMO, the proposals comprise: -Replacing sanitaryware throughout. -Enlarge/Reorder all en-suites by removing non-historic non-load bearing walls, finishes and fittings and Fixing new non-load bearing timber studwork walls, finishes and fittings. -Block up with timber studwork the doorway between the first floor kitchen and Bedroom 6. -Remove and make good to match existing all kitchenettes to bedrooms. -Localised roof repairs. -Rear elevation plaster repairs. -A mix of new replacement sash windows and secondary glazing and alterations to existing windows. -New internal insulation to gable end (Old Parr Road). -Cut back render externally to 200mm above path level on gable end of the property. -New Chimney Cowls to math neighbouring property -New 150mm black aluminium storm gutters to replace exg. uPVC black gutters on rear elevation.
