Remaining stem failed at approx. 8 metres and hung up in adjacent Ash tree. Propose to make good on damaged sections and fell reminder of stem in a safe, controlled manner. This tree is in an unsafe condition and of low amenity value. T2 x Willow x Multi-stemmed tree in prostrate position; presumably leant over many years previous. Several branches are encroaching on neighbouring property and leaning on stock fence. Propose to head these sections back to suitable growth points off the fence, and effectively crown lift the tree. This will also include over applicant's property to maintain balance of remaining crown. T3, T4, T5 x Sycamore - Crown lift approx. 2.5-3 metres to remove over-extended drooping branches. This is to improve the light level and general vista through this area. T6, T7 x Hornbeam - 15% thin to remove dead and crossing branches and a crown lift of approx. 1.5-2 metres.
