Proposal
Certificate of Lawfulness of Proposed Development for a proposed extension and improvement to the rear of the single garage. It is proposed to raise the height of the front of the garage by 2 bricks (a total increase of 16 cm) and to extend the rear of the garage in line with the back of the bungalow (a total increase in length of 295 cm).
