T1 (Oak) in very close proximity to the residence, previously heavily reduced with approximately 5 years regrowth, Crown reduce to near previous points removing around 3m from the entire crown, the final appearance of the tree will be something similar to a pollard but with some inner canopy retained where it is present. A more typical reduction will not be possible due to the previous heavy reduction resulting in vigorous regrowth with a lack of suitable pruning points.
