Substitute the facing bricks to the following plots from the approved Forterra Autumn Glow Multi, to Michelmerch Brigand: 166-171, 171A, 215, 218A, 216-216A, 217-217A, 224, 225. It is also proposed to amend the garages for the following plots with the same alternate brick: 182-183 and 166-169. The elevation of plot 18 proposed to be amended from the currently approved Oatfield Marker Elevations to Oatfield Standard Elevation treatment. The arrangement of the car park serving plot apartments 32-49 has been slightly amended to accommodate an emergency vehicle turning head to ensure necessary access and egress of fire vehicles. The amended layout will ensure compliance with relevant building control regulations (proposed as non-material amendment to 18/00647/REM)
