It is also proposed to amend the garages for the following plots with the same alternate brick: 182-183 and 166-169. The elevation of plot 18 proposed to be amended from the currently approved Oatfield Marker Elevations to Oatfield Standard Elevation treatment. The arrangement of the car park serving plot apartments 32-49 has been slightly amended to accommodate an emergency vehicle turning head to ensure necessary access and egress of fire vehicles.
