Proposal
A large damson tree with three trunks in the garden of the Ridings is growing into the party wall between the Ridings and The Old Fox and causing ongoing damage to the party wall and the external wall of the barn at the Old Fox. The external wall of the barn at the Old Fox needs to be structurally secured and repaired to prevent it from collapsing. Access to complete the required works can only occur if the tree is removed. A section of the party wall needs to be removed to 1) Allow access to secure the outer wall of the barn 2) Allow access to the Ridings garden to complete the works from the grounds of the Old Fox - Remove.
