(L1) remove overhang from over grown leylandii, reduce the overhang of the conifer back to the boundary wall to establish the old hedge line and enable maintenance to keep growth from mains powerlines running overhead. Fell Young self set Ash, growing to close to building to allow to mature, canopy already on roof. fell Elder to allow for a tidy hedge with the Leylandii. (L2) Fell two leylandii growing closest to out building, the main steam of the closest tree in the row is resting on the roof and as a result has broken several roof tiles, second tree (much smaller) supported by the first so to be removed at same time. reduce height of the remaining row to the height previously reduced to, around 4m to be taken of the top. sides to be trimmed back with a hedge cutter, not going past the green growth. Row of smaller conifers to be reduced in height to match the bigger row. around 3m to be removed for the top. (J3) row of Leylandii trees growing parallel to the Banbury - Stratford road. reduce height to 5m and trim both sides to prevent overhang onto the footpath and road.
