| Proposal Widening of an existing vehicular access, demolition of a (carriageway) side wall, adjusted levels to rear car park and erection of a double car shelter. External works including retaining walls & steps. Alterations to existing rear porch to form a w.c. cloaks area. First floor existing landing to be enclosed to form a new bathroom off bedroom1. Existing bathroom to be enlarged and re-fitted and a new shower room created accessed of an existing opening created for the former secondary staircase. On attic storey existing hardwood staircase to be repaired and extended. Addition of new partitions, new Oak doors and structural repairs to the original trusses. |
