Amendment to application 10/01575/OUT - The turning in to Unit 2 access road, from the main access road, has moved north slightly; area of landscape to the north reduced and widened to the south. Grass verge added along the south side of the main access road, up to the Unit 2 yard gates. Row of 11 Carpinus trees adjusted to follow the new kerb line. Very narrow strip of grass below the fence between Unit 2 car park and yard access road omitted. Unit 2 gas meter added. Footway running along the northern side of the main site access road widened from 1.2m to 1.8m. Section of hedge omitted between the wider footway and the row of 8 parking bays in the listed building car park. Grass replaced with gravel on top of the underground tank, next to the pumping station. At the NW corner of Unit 2, one of a pair of Birch trees has been replaced by an Amelanchier Canadensis (specimen shrub). Two small areas of white lining are now shown just within the entrance to the Unit 3 service yard.
