Also adjacent to utility lines to the south. -Reduce height by up to 2m. -Reduce south facing lateral branches to balance, removing up to 3m to give sufficient clearance of utility lines. -Raise lower canopy to 2.5m to allow for maintenance of grounds. T4 Blue Cedar. Approximate height 6m. Has a union at 3.5m with thick cluster of growth in upper canopy which makes it difficult to assess condition from ground.
