Description of Works
Alterations to the existing PT05 toilet block located down the corridor between units 51b and 52. Works to include, but not limited to: Strip out and removal of the existing fit out; Infilling redundant existing external doors; New plant area being formed at ground floor level with external access via new double doorset in the service yard; Removal of the existing roof finish and installation of a new single ply membrane; Amendments to the existing roof parapet to allow the installation of a new gantry to provide safe and direct access from one roof zone to another; Amendments to the existing drainage strategy which includes installing additional below ground foul drainage and capping redundant drains; Reconfiguring the location of the parent and child cubicle; accessible WC and cleaners cupboard; Refurbishment of the WC’s and new fit out installation including all new MEP equipment
