Material alterations associated with the creation/reversion of the unheated space (the space will remain as an unheated space for the purpose of this application/notice) to a space ready for tenant fit out including:
Phase 1 - Provision of insulation to the roofs of the small offices off main space within the Unit.
Phase 2 - Provision of insulation to the roof over the main showroom space and works to controlled fitting's in the form of new glazed doors to the show room space and creation of two new pedestrian openings from main showroom space into the adjoining smaller offices.
