Branches are growing in-between the wires. National Grid will cut back as matter of urgency but the tree will grow back very quickly, also the tree would be left unsightly as a lot of the tree needs to be removed. In high winds the branches are stretching the power cables. Power brown out during heavy rain and wind damaged a UPS/surge protector. The visiting engineer says ideally the tree needs to be removed.
