Subject: Planning Application 10/00640F, Housing at Heyford Park

Dear Sir;

The Upper Heyford Parish Council has consulted widely with Parishioners both within Heyford Park, in Upper Heyford Village, and surrounding rural areas. The people of Upper Heyford Parish wholeheartedly support this application. Further delays in confirming the permanent status of this housing cannot be justified. The houses are there, the residents want to remain in them, and the developers are anxious to make that happen. This is to formally let you know that the Upper Heyford Parish Council raises no objections and strongly advocates approval. We will be following up with a formal letter to Mr Lewis to confirm our position.

With Regards,

Jack Goodman Jr
Upper Heyford Parish Clerk
