Comments: I am writting to object to the planning application. I was a local resident and grew up in Sibford Ferris, some of my family still live there and for the last 3 years life in the village has not been the same without the pub. The Bishops blaize was the heart of the community for as long as I can remember. My memories of the pub were a very busy, friendly, family orientated successful enterprise. The Blaize was the only place to meet other people in the village and socilise and was also very highly recomended in the pub guide. This attracted alot of interest from outside the area and to it's profitability. The pub is in a conservation area and the garden has one of the best views in Oxfordshire. The loss of this village asset would be a significant loss to the community. Since Noquet gained ownership he made it very clear to the local community of his intentions by making desperate and radical actions to deliberatly run the hub of the village into the ground. An example of this was sacking the key staff of 20 years+ and opening and closing at his convenience. I have witnessed Noquet rude un friendly manner to his customers in my eyes this has been a deliberate attempt to try and run the pub into the ground, with no other aspirations than closing the pub down and building upon the ground to make a profit at the happiness of the local community's expense this planning should be rejected indefinetly.
