I am a resident of Sibford Ferris. I wish to lodge a protest against recent planning permission to the change of use to a private dwelling at the Bishops Blaize, Sibford.

I think that the pub should remain as a pub and be reopened. This was a good focal point for the villagers and a great place to relax and enjoy the splendid views across the Cotswolds. With the right planning and ownership this Pub could bring the community closer together as it used to be and also attract more visitors to this beautiful rural location. We need to protect our village pubs and heritage instead of loosing it to town developers and people who do not understand the country way of living.
