| Dear Sir/Madam, I should like to register my objection to the above new planning application for change of use to a private dwelling. The communities of Sibford Gower, Sibford Ferris and Burdrop really need the facility of the local public house. It is a focal point of the village and during the recent scheduled auction of the property, lots of interest was expressed to take on the property as a going concern, including a brewery and a local consortium. If the property loses it's status it is likely to be permanent, and one more loss of vital facilities to our community. As a public house, tourism, amongst other benefits to the local and surrounding community, is encouraged. Please do not allow this change of use to be granted.
