Dear Sir,

I have been using the Bishop Blaize for years both myself and my family.  It is a great place and a beautiful pub and I have met many people through going into the pub.

If this application is approved and the pub is lost it will never return and it will be a great loss to the community.

It would seem that the current owner intended to sabotage the pub business with the intention of developing the site for their own financial gain.  The previous owners made a successful and profitable business for themselves out of the Bishop Blaize as a pub.
