As a neighbouring property (our paddock backs onto the applicants field where the proposed site is situated and can be viewed from our property) we would like to inform you that we are for this development. We believe the barn will be greatly enhanced by the conversion and will provide the applicant with housing for their family members that is affordable as there is so little in the area and this will enable them to remain in the village. The proposal is sympathetic with the nature of the valley and we feel this should be a strong consideration.
