Comments: I base my objections on several points as below :- Bodicote is identified as a category 1 village in Policy H13 where such a large scale development would not be permitted . I did not see this site allocated for housing development in the local plan so therefore contravenes it . The density of the development is not in keeping with the surrounding housing area and such a density would place untold problems on Bodicote which are not addressed in the application. Where would children go to school when all surrounding schools are already full. The application does not address transport issues that will be caused by putting so much extra traffic onto the Oxford road and associate roads such as Weeping Cross . Application states drainage is to resevoir and then onto Sor Brook . This is of great concern when I look at the area in flood at times of heavy rain . Extra housing will add to this problem and it is not addressed in the application. The density of this development is well out of keeping with the surrounding areas . The overall affect on the environment of such a development as this is not addressed in the application. I object. PublicAccess for Planning. (c) CAPS Solutions Ltd.
