The present owners bought a very popular Pub and made them selves unpopular with the cutomers therefor KILLING the trade!!!!! The present owners application to build four letting rooms (THERE ARE PLENTY OF B&B's WITHIN A COUPLE OF MILES ANYWAY!!) will take away the storage space for the bar. Where will he keep the stock that he can not fit in the cellar? The owners should be required to open the Pub for Business or sell the business to some ome that will!!!!! This application smacks of trying to get change of use through a round about way. Please, Please, Please don't let them get away with IT!!!!!!!!!!
