For the attention of Caroline Roche

 

With regard to the above amended planning application for hard standing, barn extension and provision of sewerage arrangements by Mr Lepper, for between Cropredy and Great Bourton, we write to support the objections by both Cropredy and Great Bourton parish councils.

 

We wrote with our reasons for objection to the original planning application and virtually all comments continue to apply to this amended plan.

 

·         The site is outside the designated permitted development area.

·         The plan constitutes an undesirable and unacceptable change of use.

·         The area is prone to flooding and any hard standing is bound to exacerbate this problem.  Further any cesspit arrangement introduced to this area could be compromised by future floods.

·         Mr Lepper seems to be developing this site before the planning application has been granted.
