Case Officer: Caroline Roche Customer Details ---------------- Name: Mr & Mrs S Glover Address: Fox Cub Cottage Main Street Great Bourton Banbury, Oxon Postcode: OX17 1QN Comments -------- Submission Type: Customer objects to the Planning Application. Comments: As residents of Main Street, Great Bourton, we are already deeply concerned about the amount of traffic through the village, consisting of lorries, buses, tractors, as well as cars. As many of the residents of Main Street have to park their cars on the road, the larger vehicles very often cause problems. We already have a caravan site at the top of the village by the Main Road, which is acceptable as the caravans do not have to come through the village. However, a caravan site between the two villages would result in caravans coming through the village, adding to the amount of already busy traffic. The road is narrow and caravans coming through the village will create chaos. The current plan is for 5 - but 5 coming and going every weekend thoughout the summer months is quite a lot in a small village - and will it stop at 5 in the future? PublicAccess for Planning.
