Case Officer: Caroline Roche Customer Details ---------------- Name: Carol Address: Valley View Great Bourton Banbury Postcode: Comments -------- Submission Type: Customer objects to the Planning Application. Comments: I strongly object to this application because we feel in the village that we do not need another caravan site within half a mile of another one especially as it is so unsightly already being in the dip and so prominent. Its not as if we are in Weymouth and really need another caravan site! I feel it would depreciate the housing market in the area too. Apart from that, what about the drainage problems for the neighbour whom I believe has already had problems because of the hard core Mr Lapper has already laid down and his reply to that was "tough". There is rubbish of some kind hiding behind a screen at the back of the field and this is unsightly to say the least. I understand Mr Lapper has boastfully commented that he has contacts at CDC and I am wondering if this has made a huge difference in him getting away with what he already has done, i.e. the tank which by the way is metal and not like the example he submitted to you in a picture! The lady in the adjacent field fought tooth and nail to get her barn erected for her horses so how can you justify Mr Lapper having authorisation for what he has ALREADY done without permission. This is causing a lot of bad feeling in Great Bourton and Cropredy. PublicAccess for Planning. (c) CAPS Solutions Ltd.
