Erection of Timber post and Rail fencing to separate caravan pitches from paddock area. Erection of corrugated metal sheet fence as security screen to cow shed. Siting of secure storage container. Case Officer: Caroline Roche Customer Details ---------------- Name: Mr G and Mrs M Tyler Address: The Stonehouse Swan Lane Great Bourton Banbury Postcode: OX17 1QR Comments -------- Submission Type: Customer objects to the Planning Application. Comments: Development is going forward before planning permission is granted and is a complete mess and an eyesore. Grounds for objection are: it is outside the development area for either Great Bourton or Cropredy & contrary to Cherwell DC development plan. Such development needs a change of use order - no sensible reason for this there particularly as it is recognised that agricultural land should be preserved. Plenty of nearby opportunity for caravan parking. No proper sanitation facilities available in an area prone to flooding which any hard standing would make worse. PublicAccess for Planning.
