I would like to raise an objection to the above planning application and have been advised to send this via e mail due to the website problems you are experiencing.

The proposed development is in a rural area and is on the main road between Cropredy and Great Bourton. The access to this site is very tight and with caravans entering and exiting the site this will only hinder the traffic movements along this road. Being a rural site right next to the edge of the road this development will not be able to be adequately “screened” and is likely to become an eyesore and detract from the rural landscape. There is already a well serviced caravan site less than a mile from this proposed development therefore another site of this nature is not necessary. It would appear that development of this site is progressing before planning permission has been granted and I fear that the application as intended will not be for the actual use of the land. This area is also prone to flooding which will only be made worse by the introduction of hard standing with no adequate drainage facilities. Furthermore this site is outside of the permitted development area.
