I wish to know by full developement do you mean flattening where I live and starting again or a bit or refurbishment and demolishing buildings no longer in use?
I love where I live so would prefer to stay there or be relocated nearby in the new developements.
Is there a waiting list you need to go on for this?   
Or would it simply be a case of we would be offered a new house on the site of demolished buildings?
Any advise you can give would be gratefullly appreciated many thanks
