Comments: We understand that the applicants' agent has provided further infomation. In spite of this matters still appear vague. If for example 3 horses are grazed on the land this would amount to agriculatural use and hence planning permission would not be required for any change of use. Should the proposals amount to development requiring planning permission we would wish to understand the agricultural land classification grade of the application site, to ensure that the best and most versatile agricultural land is protected. We wish for our previously made points to still be considered. Visually this is an important and prominent site. Traffic was acknowledged as a problem in Stocking Lane at the recent North Area Planning Committee meeting, where the County Counil as Highway Authority recommended refusal of a single house accessed from Stocking Lane (with access ultimately proposed via Kenhill Rd).
