To Jane Dunkin,

Planning Application No. 08/00119/F.

I wish to strongly object to the planning application of changing this agricultural land to equestrian for a number of reasons.

Firstly the traffic that this would create.  The main road through Shenington has far too many vehicle movements per day as it is, without adding to this.  Stocking Lane is very, very narrow, with no footpath until half way up, so is not equipped to take the likes of 4X4 vehicles towing a horse box.

Secondly, Shenington is a very picturesque village.  I feel that this would make what is a lovely open field, full of wildlife and in the heart of the village, very unsightly indeed.

Thirdly, Shenington is a small, peaceful village.  Both the noise and smell that would be generated from this would have a huge impact on the village.

Yours sincerely,

Alex Kendell-Taylor
