Comments: As an antiques dealer of some years standing I visit many auction houses and have found the saleroom at Cotefield Farm amongst the best in the country. There is ample parking, plenty of room to load goods and no hinderence to any other bussiness. I would often go there and between lots go and do shopping in Banbury as well as use the local post office etc.. I hope that the council will look upon this application in a favourable manner.
