Comments: Cotefield Farm is an ideal venue for an auction house as it provides good access, ease of parking, ease of loading and has the correct facilities needed to run the auction house. ie. auction room, storage, car park, toilets, safe environment etc. In these times we are all advised to recycle rather than use the land fill, the auction house provides one of the best ways to recycle unwanted goods. Cotefield Farm can provide every need. If a site in town was to be used then there would be problems with loading, unloading, parking as well as finding a venue with large enough facilities.
