Comments: JS does provide a much needed SERVICE to the community and beyond. The property currently used in Not suitable now for this type of business largely due to the loading and unloading arrangements(although planning has been in force for many years on this property)the argument that there is local parking available is irrelevant as loading and unloading is difficult owing to clamping and the swingeing charges levied on long time users in the Local Aurthority owned car parks.the auction lasts 6-7 hours.Cotefield already has a public used business on site(garden centre) further refusal should be brought to the attention of the Prime Ministers Office as a scheme to stifle expansion and limit job opportunities at a time when every job is parramount to the well being of the country as a whole.I would urge Cherwell to look upon this further application with a positive and not a retro attitude and grant permission,JUST REMEMBER WE ARE SUPPOSED TO BE A NATION OF SHOP KEEPERS.Its too easy for unelected council officials to shrug their shoulders and be negative.
