Postcode: NN13 7HG Comments -------- Submission Type: Customer wishes to comment on the Planning Application. Comments: The decision not to let J S Auctions continue to carry out their trade as auctioneers on the cotefield farm site is beyond understanding. This company had been trading on this site for a considerable time without causing any problems with traffic and/or parking, bring many, many people into the area who otherwise might not have visited because of parking problems in the main town centre - Holloways auctioneers for example have very limited parking facilities, and they in fact did rent this site for some time whilst their premises were being refurbished a few years ago. Seems very one sided when Holloways were allowed to carry out their business on this site but JS auctions are not. I suspect that since JS Auctions have not been holding their auctions at Cotefield farm the Garden Centre on this same site will have felt a big reduction in their sales as I for one used to shop there every time I went to the auctions. Surely it makes sense to allow this company to continue to trade on this site as Auctioneers and bring much needed money into this area and not let it all go to places like Bicester. I like Bicester very much and will still continue to visit and shop their but when I attend auctions I don't want to have to worry about how much more time I have on the clock before I have to move my car and IF I am able to find another parking space. At Cotefield Farm parking would not be a problem. I sincerely hope and trust that this proposal be given a FAIR hearing and JS Auctions are allowed to carry out their trade as Auctioneers on this site for all their customers to continue to visit and enjoy, bringing in much needed money into the area. I await the outcome of this proposal with great interest. Mrs P Coulton. 11th Janury 2009. PublicAccess for Planning. (c) CAPS Solutions Ltd.
