Comments: I have been a regular user of JS Auctions over the last 10 years for buying second hand goods for personal use. I have recommended this auction to countless friends who have also benefitted from this service. I last went to the auction at the new premise in Biscester late last year and could visibly see the change in nature of the auction brought about by the change of venue. The current auction house is small and parking is really limited which is really difficult when it comes to loading and off loading. I have seen this has really limited the range and quantity of second hand goods that the auction now handles. This i believe is to the detriment of the community. At a time when we all need to reuse, recycle and be aware of our consumption, JS Auctions stands out in his field in that he will try and find new homes unpretentiously for high quality items and those of lesser value, and in so doing recycles enormous amounts of otherwise landfill destined items. Cotefield Farm from my point of view was perfect for him to carry out his service. It's out of the way so all the loading affects no one, there's plenty of space for storage so more things can be recycled. As a buyer of garden forks, sinks, fireplaces, furniture, kitchenware, sideboards etc, you name it over the years i fully support their application and urge you to grant them this application which will make life easier not just for them but from everyone that uses their service. The last thing we need is for JS Auctions to become yet another specialised high end auction house due to lack of space and condemn thousands of lesser value items to the skip.
