Comments: I would like to express my wish that the planning application for the business JS Auctions is accepted. I feel like many others that it was an injustice the business being moved. I live 10 miles north of Banbury in a rural village I used to use the business regular and as I came to Banbury for the auctions I used others facilities in Banbury such as shops and parking I have been having to go to Bicester for the auctions so I no longer spend money in Banbury. This is a good clean business run by honest decent people and in a climate where not only recycling is top of the agenda but we are now in a recession having an outlet which recycles items at cheap prices is important to the community. The large furniture they sell is not available at other local auction houses ad had it not been for JS Auctions I would not have many key items of furniture as I simply could not afford them. I never found there to be a parking problem and as its on a main road there is no local disturbance, I am not connected in any way to the auction house and probably not even known to them I am just one of the many many people that benefited from having this service in Banbury.
