Comments: 
JS Auctions should never have been rejected the planning permission at Cotefield in the first place. I'm strongly of the opinion that Cotefield was a suitable place for this type of business and the justification for Cherwell trying to move this particular business into the town of Banbury would mainly be for increased parking revenue.
