Comments: It is not possible to view "Records" and "Associated Documents" when clicking on "View" button (why?), so I am not aware of any objecting or supporting statements. I have been buying at JS Auctions for over 10 years, but have no other connection. I do not understand what real objection there can be to this enterprising venture being at Cotefield, apart from dogmatic adherence to a rigid blanket planning policy adopted without scope for interpretation according to particular circumstances. It is an ideal location: out of the town and free from traffic congestion with a large carpark and area for loading; good safe access to and from the highway; no near neighbours to disturb; no unsightly development proposed or clutter intended. If the problem is fear of establishing a precedent for a retail development such as a supermarket, then "auctioneers" should be reclassified. The Council should use common sense and allow this application for what is undoubtedly a service to the community. PublicAccess for Planning. (c) CAPS Solutions Ltd.
