The site at Cotefield Farm provides all the necessary parking and space that JS Auctioneers requires.  Access doesn't seem to be a problem.
JS Auctioneers is a business that provides a very worthwhile service to the area.  The council should be supporting any businesses that will help recycle furniture (in the current economic climate this will become more and more important).
Please support this business and bring extra work to the area.
