JS AUCTIONS IS A SMALL FAMILY RUN BUISNESS AND IS A MOST VALUABLE ASSET TO THE OXFORDSHIRE AREA, THE AUCTIONS THAT THEY HOLD ARE SECOND TO NONE AND ALWAYS OFFER THE MOST COMPREHENSIVE SERVICE. I AM AWARE THAT FOR MANY YEARS THEY HAVE BEEN SEARCHING FOR THE IDEAL PREMISIS FROM WHICH TO TRADE AND IN ALL OF THIS TIME THE SITE IN QUESTION IS WITHOUT DOUBT THE MOST SUITABLE AND SUSTAINABLE AVAILABLE. THE CHANGE OF USE ON THIS SITE WILL HAVE VERY LITTLE IF ANY IMPACT ON THE AREA AND OTHER THAN ON EVERY OTHER SATURDAY THE SITES USE WILL REMAIN UNCHANGED. I QUITE UNDERSTAND THE WORD 'RETAIL' STRIKES FEAR INTO THE HEART OF EVERY PLANNING AUTHORITY HOWEVER AUCTIONS OF THIS TYPE MUST WITHOUT DOUBT BE AN EXCEPTION TO THE GUIDLINES??. I ATTEND MANY AUCTIONS AND AT LEAST HALF OF THESE ARE LOCATED IN SIMILAR SEMI-RURAL POSITIONS IN DISUSED FARM BUILDINGS INCLUDING MALLAMS AUCTION HOUSE WHICH HAS RECENTLY MOVED FROM A TOWN CENTER POSITION INTO A FORMER FARM AT WOOTON NEAR ABINGDON AND MORE RECENTLY THE THIRD LARGEST AUCTION HOUSE IN THE COUNTRY, BONHAMS, HAVE MOVED FROM OXFORD CITY CENTER INTO THE GREEN BELT OUTSIDE KIDLINGTON ( INFACT ON THE SAME ROAD AS JS AUCTIONS ARE SEEKING PERMISSION.)
