Comments: I implore you to approve proposed planning application for JS Auctions as it it THE ideal place for the business. We visited regularly when it was there before, perfect for parking, out of town, no congestion, so easy to quickly or leisurely view/purchase all kinds of items, we furnished most of our extension through their sale rooms & now when I'm looking for more I have to go to Chipping Norton for the nearest & most convenient option which hardly compares. I attempted to visit the present Bicester office once & by the time I'd struggled to find a parking place, walked all around Bicester to find it they were closed for a brief (well earned!) holiday I never returned, sadly because it's just too inconvenient & not condusive to the pleasurable experience it once was at Cotefield. It is a travesty they were ever made to leave, it makes the most perfect sense for a business like theirs to be where it was: enjoyed & frequented by all with no negative impact on ANYONE or anything quite the opposite. Yours Sincerely KM Petty PublicAccess for Planning. (c) CAPS Solutions Ltd.
