Comments: There are many reasons to allow JS Auctions to conduct business at this venue. The Government and Local Councils have stated that obsolete agricultural premises should be used for other purposes hence supporting the local economy, there are several obsolete agricultural buildings on this site that JS Auctions wish to put to use. J S Auctions have brought/will bring advantages to the area, people visitng the auctions also spend money in the town of Banbury. J S Auctions have always maintained a clean and tidy venue, there would be nothing detrimental to the surrounding area. The venue itself has a good, safe access from the road, and is adjacent to another business. In this climate, the addition of a thriving business such as JS Auctions would bring nothing but good to the area, in fact it should be encouraged wholeheartedly. We feel sure that the people of Banbury and the surrounding area would uphold JS Auction's application if asked, and nothing but good would come of allowing their application.
