Comments: Dear Sirs, We would really like to see J.S. Auctions relocated back to their original premises at Cotefield Farm because, it was an ideal site for this type of business. It keeps traffic out of the town centre, there are no parking restrictions, it makes good use of what would be redundant farm buildings...... The service they offer to all classes of people no matter if your selling or buying is second to none & should not under any circumstances be allowed to cease trading (which is what will happen if the planning is not approved) just because someone/ policy decides they don't fit in with their ideas!!! Redundancy in this country is on the increase, so why not support your local businesses & help them build their teams not force them out of business. A wrong decision will not only have a detrimental affect for JS Auctions but will also force other traders & businesses to move out of the area. Thank you for your help & we look forward to continuing our trading with the Team of JS Auctions at Cotefield Farm. Best regards, Tracy Mead & Joyce Hunt. PublicAccess for Planning.
