I fully support this proposal. The site is ideally suited to the holding of auctions and has been sorely missed by many people in Banbury for whom getting to Bicester has been an issue. Recycling of second hand goods in this  way should be promoted not prevented and the prices of many of the items make them available to the increasing number of unemployed people in our area.
