Comments: This is a long standing issue of great importance to the people of Banbury, in my opinion this should have been settled before this tiem. The bussiness under review is of great importance to Banbury and surrounding area, to date ther has been no relevant reason given for the refusal to allow this bussiness to continue at Cote field Farm. My opinion was and still is thaqt they operated a bussiness without planning permission, a fine should have been applied, an application resubmitted, aproved and hence all the cost , loss of facility, and overall inconvenience could have been avoided.
