Comments: Dear Sir I would like to suggest the following points why the planning permission for the sale of goods by auction at Cotefield Farm should be granted. 1 They will be able to take a much wider variety of goods for sale as they have the space to display and store them, thereby reducing the need to send items to landfill. 2. There is ample safe, off-road loading, unloading facilitiesand parking. 3. The site at Cotefield Farm is easily accessible by road, train or bus, therefore the Auction does not interfere with the already congested town centre. 5. Their carbon footprint will be greatly reduced as staff and goods will not have to driven to and from Bicester every day. 6. There is no detrimental impact on the surrounding area and there will be no visual change on the site. 7. The site at Cotefield Farm has been a popular venue for the four plus years. They have built up a large local following of both buyers and sellers whilst trading in Oxfordshire for over 13 years. Yours sincerly John Driscoll PublicAccess for Planning. (c) CAPS Solutions Ltd.
